近日，我院杨建坤博士以第一作者身份在《Managerial and Decision Economics》在线发表题为“Promotion incentives and water pollution control in the context of environment tournament：Evidence on the age of officials from a fuzzy regression discontinuity design”的学术论文。

论文以中国环境治理的政治经济学为视角，利用模糊断点回归方法，考察了官员内在的晋升激励对中国环境水污染治理的影响。研究结果表明，官员对于自身未来晋升机会的判断对于中国水污染的治理状况具有非常重要的影响。影响机制分析表明，强晋升激励的官员主要通过税收优惠措施推动企业污染减排。
